Who We Are
San Bernardino Porta Pros started because job sites and events needed reliable sanitation fast. We own our own trucks. Our drivers know San Bernardino streets and can navigate tight spaces on Colton work sites or sprawling festivals. Most customers call us Monday through Friday, but we field emergency calls weekends too. We keep inventory stocked so we can roll out a standard unit within hours, not days. That matters when you're standing on a construction lot with 30 workers and no facilities. For sites within our service area, that's real speed.
Sanitation isn't glamorous work. It's critical work. OSHA 1926.51(c)(1) requires 1 toilet facility for every 20 workers or fewer on construction sites, and we help contractors stay compliant without guessing. If you're renting from us for a build-out, we handle the math. You focus on framing and roofing. We show up every week and keep the units serviced so your crew stays healthy and you avoid citations. Some rental companies send inexperienced staff to dump tanks. Ours are trained to spot problems. If a tank's cracking or a door hinge is loose, we flag it before it becomes your liability.
What We Rent
A standard portable toilet holds 60 to 70 gallons and sits on a footprint about 44 by 48 inches, standing roughly 92 inches tall. That fits most job sites. We also stock deluxe flushable models with handwash basins and better ventilation for clients who want a step up. ADA-accessible units meet ADA Standards section 213.2, requiring at least 5 percent of clustered units to be accessible, and they include grab bars and a 32-inch door opening per ADA Standards section 404.2.3.
For events in San Bernardino, we rent restroom trailers with 2, 4 or 8 stalls. Weddings, festivals and golf tournaments all use them. Trailers come with interior lighting, climate control and heated seats in winter. Roll-off dumpsters run 10 to 40 yards for construction debris, renovation waste and demolition. Septic pumping is for homes and small commercial systems that back up or slow drain. A residential tank pumps every 3 to 5 years depending on household size.
We also rent storage containers for secure tool and material storage, temporary fencing for site control, and handwashing stations where crews apply paints, coatings or insecticides. Per 29 CFR 1910.141(d)(2), washing stations must have soap and towels or a hand dryer; hand sanitizer does not satisfy this requirement.

How to Rent from Us
Call us with your project details: location, number of people, rental length and any special needs. We'll quote the unit and delivery. Portable toilet rental cost varies by unit type and duration. A single-day rental costs less than a weekly one; monthly discounts come into play for longer jobs. We deliver to job sites, parking lots, fairgrounds and residential properties. Roll-off delivery needs about 60 feet of clear, straight space behind the truck, so we'll ask about your driveway before we schedule.
Placement in the public right of way needs confirming with the city, so we recommend calling ahead if you're thinking curbside or alley access. Our crew can advise on the best spot for utility access and foot traffic flow. We handle setup and takedown. You focus on your work.
How fast can you deliver?
Same-day or next-morning on most rentals. Call before 2 p.m. weekdays and we'll confirm a window. Weekends are slower, but we answer emergency calls.
Do I pay a delivery fee?
Yes. It's built into the quote we send you. Delivery covers drop-off, setup and pickup at the end of your rental.
How often do you service the units?
Per ANSI/PSAI Z4.3, standard models service once per week as a baseline for up to 10 users over a 40-hour week. High-traffic sites get twice-weekly service. We discuss frequency when we quote.
What if I need a unit on a weekend?
We rent weekends. The rate is higher than weekday rates, but we deliver and service. Call and ask for availability.
Can you handle a large event or multi-site project?
Yes. We've outfitted festivals, construction zones and emergency relief operations across San Bernardino County. Call with your scope and we'll build a plan.
