What we need to build your quote
Tell us what you're renting, your dates, and your exact address. Start there. A standard porta potty rental for a home project prices differently than an ADA accessible porta potty ordered for a public event, so name the unit type if you know it. If you're not sure, describe the job and we'll recommend one. For a roll-off dumpster, tell us what's going in it, construction debris, remodel waste, yard cleanup, and roughly how many cubic yards. Under OSHA 1926.51(c)(1), construction sites need 1 toilet facility for 20 workers or fewer, so give us your crew size and we'll confirm the count.
Photos speed things up quite a bit. If your site has a narrow gate, sloped ground, or limited parking, send us a picture before we quote delivery. A restroom trailer rental needs a level pad wide enough for the unit and the tow vehicle both, so measure the spot if you can. Mention if you need an accessible unit; ADA Standards section 213.2 requires at least 5 percent of clustered single-user units to meet that standard, and we build it into the quote from the start.
What's in the quote itself
Every quote lists three separate lines: the unit rental, delivery, and the weekly service charge. A standard unit holds a 60 to 70 gallon tank, runs $100 to $350 a day, $130 to $500 a week, or $125 to $325 a month, and the rate drops the longer you keep it. Service follows the ANSI/PSAI Z4.3 baseline of one visit per week for up to 10 users over a 40 hour week, more often if traffic is heavier. Delivery is typically $100 to $500 depending on distance, and weekly service runs $100 to $300. A deluxe flushable porta potty or a restroom trailer rental prices differently, and we list that clearly too, no guessing involved. Most quotes go out same day; call if your date is close.
Booking, deposits and changes
Quotes hold for 7 days. A deposit reserves your rental date, balance due before delivery. We take credit card, check and ACH. Plans change. If your headcount grows, your dates shift, or you need a storage container rental added, call and we'll rework the total before anything ships. Cancel outside 7 days and the deposit comes back; cancel inside that window and it rolls to a future order.
